Our Privacy Policy

This website is for American Nationals (nonresident alien non-individuals, born or naturalized in one of the 50 states of the Union) who “derive no income that is effectively connected with the conduct of the performance of the functions of a public office” (trade or business as defined at 26 USC §7701(a)(26)) within the ‘District of Columbia’ (the statutory United States as defined at 26 USC §7408(d)).

Also, as an American National who uses this site, the client agrees that he/she does not have a domicile, either geographically or legislatively within the District of Columbia. They further agree that they are not a statutorily defined U.S. citizen, and do not participate in any federal franchise scheme.

After 90 days from the initial U.S. Tax Court letter provided to our clients, we do not retain personal information provided.

There is no sharing of email addresses or client information with anyone for any reason.

Additionally, we recommend that the client ALWAYS redact any Social Security Number before sending us the full NOD document. There is never a need to give out an SSN to anyone for any reason, as that is a tool frequently used by identity thieves. We do not want or use an SSN for anything that we do in our work.

We are strong privacy advocates and believe that those clients have the right to expect privacy. For that very reason, the website is established outside the Constitutional Republic in the event that the National Government would seek jurisdiction over any records or current client activities.

You do not have to be concerned about our setting any cookies. Nor do we obtain any information or interact with third parties regarding any customer information.

Any questions about your privacy can be emailed to us at bilateral@gmx.com.

This information is only for those who, by their free-will decision, agree that they are an American National who derives no income from a ‘trade or business’ within the ‘United States’ as these terms are defined in 26 USC §7701(a)(26) & 7408(d).
